Support is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST via text, call, or email. Support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, with scheduled calls taking priority. Additional support beyond 8 hours per month is billed at $350 per hour. Growth & Premium members receive priority response time.

No, we set up the mechanics and work with your marketing team to import your content and messaging.

What happens after I sign up?

Right after you sign up, you’ll be directed to book your setup appointment where we will make sure you're getting the full benefits of your new system.

How long does setup take?

Setup is a one-time session that is usually completed in 1-3 hours depending on what you want setup.

Can I switch plans later?

To upgrade: The Client must pay the difference in both the setup fee and the subscription fee before the upgrade takes effect.

To downgrade: The Client must submit a written request at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Is there a contract?

No. It’s a simple month-to-month subscription.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancellations require a 10-day written notice before your next billing cycle. There are no refunds for unused time.

What if I want more than 10 workflows?

Each additional workflow beyond the limit of 10 is charged at an additional rate.
